Wai Chiao-pu inform me that their delegates leave

for Tientsin tomorrow and ask that first meeting be

held at commissioner for foreign affairs' office 11

Saturday morning. Delegation will consist of 7 members,

4 original Wai Chiao-pu nominees and 3 nominated by

Mukden party.

Please arrange meeting accordingly.
